staff were nice, but a few things disappointed

blocked toilet faulty door

the staffs were nice and tried their best to help with requests.

also, there was not any hot water in the wash basin, and the doors didn't close properly. mosquitoes came into the room because of these problems.

we enjoyed our stay so much. the location felt convenient. free tuk-tuk rides was available. i like the happy hour specials, specially after a long day.

the shower head need a little upgrade, the water pressure felt low.

the breakfast buffet had a good variety. fresh, local produce was served poolside. the staff treated us with kindness and attentiveness.

i found ants and roaches in the room. there was a foul smell from the faucet water. the masseur at the spa needed more training.

the gardens were immaculate and created an oasis away from the road.

the breakfast was a letdown for the duration of my stay. for several days, i had to eat just eggs and bread. the coffee and fruit selection were not good either, and i expected better.
